Our client focus is across both Professional Accounting and the Commercial Sector, for many years we have executed many successful searches across both markets. We often feel that hiring companies have the capability to recruit their own staff directly, we are only looking to help with those roles which require a specialist knowledge of the sector or specialisation. Our clients value our deep insight into our specialist sector (Accounting and Leadership), this gives us an edge when searching for and representing the most talented candidates across the market.
How does the Executive Search process work?
Having made the decision to go out to the market to source candidate talent, your first step is to contact Wright Executive. We will arrange a time to meet with you to go through a comprehensive brief surrounding the role. We will get to know you and your company, why it would be a great environment for a candidate to join, and more importantly understand precisely the talent requirements that will match your needs.
We then get to work utilising every tool and process available to confidentially and discreetly reach in to the market, networking with potential suitors, building a long list and then ultimately a shortlist of suitable candidates to present to you.
It’s at this point the process is over to you, however we help you manage and deliver a robust interview process to determine which of the candidates are most appropriate to hire.
Once a decision is made, we complete background checks at your request, manage the offer process, paperwork and commencement date.
It doesn’t stop there, we are committed to ensuring that any placement is a successful one and that we have fulfilled your goals. Continued conversation will be maintained with you and your new employee, way beyond the date at which they join your team and become a valued member of staff.
What happens in the event of a problem hire?
Quite simply, we offer a ‘Guarantee’ on every placed candidate. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong and your chosen candidate doesn’t work out, we will offer a free replacement within the first 3 months of employment. (please refer to our terms of business)
That said, a failed placement goes against everything we at Wright Executive strive for. We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver only the best talent for our clients, and placements that remain for many years. We follow a rigorous search process to ensure that this risk is minimised, which rarely fails.
But, we are human after all we are helping you with human capital… people do change their mind, or get cold feet, and on that rare occasion, you have our word that we will honour our commitments.
